Description
TEV protease is a highly sequence-specific cysteine protease. It is a member of the PA clan of chymotrypsin-like proteases. TEV Protease can recognize the cleavage site of Glu-Xaa- Xaa-Y- Xaa-Gln-(Gly/Ser) and cleaves between Gln and Gly/Ser. This assay kit is simple, rapid and can detect TEV Protease activity in viral lysates and purified protein samples.
