Our Glutathione S-transferase, GST activity assay kit (colorimetric method) is based on the GST enzymatic reaction between GSH and the GST substrate CDNB (1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene).GST catalyzes the formation of GS-DNB to produce dinitrophenyl sulfide, which can be detected spectrophotometrically at 340 nm.
