Description
Our Coenzyme A assay kit method provides a simple two-step, high-throughput assay for measuring CoA. In this assay, the first step enzymatically converts CoA to acyl-CoA and the second step oxidizes acyl-CoA to produce enoyl-CoA and H 2 O 2. The resulting H 2 O 2 reacts with a specific dye to form a pink product.
