Description
Caspase-3 is a cysteine protease that cleaves the C-terminal of an Aspartate residue at the P1 position. The assay is sensitive, fast and allows for the high-throughput quantification of Caspase-3 Activity in cell lysate or adherent cells and can be used to evaluate induction of apoptosis and/or evaluation of apoptosis inhibitors.
