Description
This kit can help you quickly detect cell apoptosis. Annexin V is a Ca ion-dependent phospholipid-binding protein that can specifically bind to phospholipid serine phosphatidylserine (PS). Based on this feature, the use of fluorescent or other labeled Annexin V can detect the PS exposed on the cell membrane surface. Apoptosis can be detected by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscope.
